Exploring the myriad ways we live with complex human experience.
Clinician. Consultant. Educator. Author.
My work has travelled through clinical practice, trauma and dissociation, somatic psychotherapy, research, consultation, teaching and learning. Different paths, perhaps, but all grounded in curiosity about experience and what becomes possible when we attend to it.
For more than three decades, I've worked with people and practitioners in many different settings and places. These days, much of that work is converging around Wayfinding—an approach to therapeutic practice that centres experience, curiosity and our capacity to find a way.

Sometimes another perspective helps—not because someone else has the answer, but because thinking together can change what becomes visible and possible.
